Skrub Club Liability Agreement

By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge the following terms.

General Liability

Skrub Club and its employees strive to provide the highest level of cleaning service. However, the company will not be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property while services are being performed.

Restricted Areas & Items

Employees are strictly instructed not to touch, move, or clean areas where the following items are present:

Customers should ensure these items are safely stored before the cleaning team arrives.

No Organization or Item Relocation

Our cleaning team is trained to clean and sanitize spaces, but they are not permitted to:

Breakage & Accidental Damage

While our staff exercises great care, accidents can happen. If a breakage occurs, it must be reported immediately. Skrub Club reserves the right to assess and determine liability for any damage based on investigation.

Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the cleaning appointment. Any disputes regarding services rendered must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
